Kieron started his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA journey back in Leicester in 2011, he holds an Amateur MMA 6-0 record and a purple belt in BJJ. Kieran has won multiple regional, national and international BJJ competitions, that has seen him train and compete all over the world, including competing in several super fights. He started training under the MMA Academy in 2017, after he made the move to Liverpool. Subsequently he started instructing in our explorer and foundation programmes late 2018. Kieran loves educating the kids as he finds it’s a nice split between fun and hard work, as he would say, he’s the biggest kid of them all. As a coach he is very much a hype man, full of energy and enjoys passing his years of knowledge on to the next generation.
